Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients per established plan under supervision.
• Progress patients through treatment levels safely and effectively.
• Document treatment and interactions per CORA policies.
• Educate patients and families on home programs.
• Communicate progress with the supervising PT.
• Collaborate with rehab team to support clinic goals.
• Contribute to positive clinic culture and teamwork.
