Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment to patients according to an established plan as directed by a Physical Therapist.
• Progress patients through levels of treatment safely and within their capabilities.
• Document treatment and patient interactions per CORA policies.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and activities.
• Collaborate with rehabilitation team to support patient outcomes.
