Job summary

CORA Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position at our outpatient clinic. You will work under supervision to deliver evidence-based physical therapy, support patient goals, and contribute to a collaborative team that values growth and patient care.

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensed or license-eligible as PTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under supervision per established plan.
• Progress patients safely within their capabilities.
• Document treatment and interactions per CORA policies.
• Consult with supervising PT on patient progress and changes.
• Educate patients and families on home programs and activities.
• Communicate effectively with rehab team and family.
• Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture.
