Job summary
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Madison, CT is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for our outpatient clinic. You will provide one-on-one outpatient PT services under the supervision of a PT, with a focus on balance, vestibular and functional mobility therapies.

Qualifications
- Must hold CT PTA license or be in final stages of licensure.
- Strong communication and patient care skills required.
- Outpatient therapy experience is a plus.
- Team-oriented and reliable with good work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient PT treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, 1-on-1 care.
- Carry out individualized plans of care and document progress.
- Work with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs.
- Educate patients on exercises and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with therapists and interdisciplinary team.
