Qualifications

• Licensed PTA in Virginia with current or near-licensure status.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist, with 10–14 visits per day.
• Carry out individualized plans of care.
• Work with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs.
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently.
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team.
• Contribute to a supportive, patient-centered clinic environment.
