Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Gainesville, VA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient care. You will deliver high-quality, one-on-one physical therapy under the supervision of a licensed PT and help patients through orthopedic, balance and vestibular rehab.

The role emphasizes patient education, accurate treatment documentation, and collaborative care within a supportive clinic culture that values growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Virginia (or in the final stages of licensure).
• We welcome new graduates & experience candidates interested in Growth.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist including 1 on 1 care ranging from 10 – 14 per day.
• Carry out individualized plans of care
• Work with patients with orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and functional mobility needs
• Document treatments accurately and efficiently
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate closely with Physical Therapists and the interdisciplinary team
• Contribute to a supportive and patient-centered clinic environment
