Advocate Health Stanly Rehabilitation Services in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for full-time outpatient care with occasional acute care responsibilities. The role includes evaluating patients, creating PT plans, and delivering therapy throughout the week. A NC PT license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• NC license to practice Physical Therapy is required.
• BLS certification per policy guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized PT plans.
• Provide direct therapy in Acute Care as needed, 7 days a week.
• Document evaluations, treatment notes, and discharge plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and the care team on progress.
