KORT - Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team in Mt. Washington, KY is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. You will evaluate and treat patients across sports, work and daily activities, with a focus on patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• DPT/PT degree from an accredited program.
• Outpatient clinical rotation for new grads.
• Recent outpatient experience within last 5 years.
• Current state PT license or eligible.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatments.
• Maintain open, respectful communication with patients and colleagues.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.
