Job summary

KORT - Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care in Louisville, KY. You will assess and treat patients, build individualized plans, and document progress as part of a collaborative clinical team.

We offer a flexible adventure in outpatient care across orthopedics, geriatrics, oncology rehab, and pelvic health, with a starting salary of $72,000–$95,000 commensurate with experience and potential sign-on bonuses up to $20,000 along with student debt relief

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if a practicing clinician.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
