KORT - Kentucky Orthopedic Rehab Team in Louisville, KY seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient care at Springhurst. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no weekends. Compensation starts at $72,000–$95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Outpatient clinical rotation during education.
• Outpatient experience in the last 5 years as a clinician.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend or participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
