Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Outpatient Physical Therapy experience in the last 5 years.
• Outpatient clinical rotation if a student.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across outpatient settings.
• Direct patient care and document treatment plans.
• Collaborate with center team for patient progress and goals.
• Maintain open communication with physicians, patients, and staff.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.
