Job summary

Evolve Spine and Sports Physical Therapy in Princeton, New Jersey, seeks an experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time onsite role. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and guide recovery using evidence-based orthopedic outpatient techniques.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Minimum 2 years outpatient clinic experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
• Proficient in manual therapy techniques.
• Experience with EMR systems, WebPT.
• Up-to-date knowledge of physical therapy research and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized patient care by assessing goals and designing treatment plans.
• Manage a reasonable patient load with time for assessments and follow-ups.
• Employ orthopedic outpatient care to guide patient recovery.
• Implement cost-effective, non-surgical treatment options to improve mobility.
• Create and refine comprehensive care plans with diverse therapies.
• Facilitate tailored fitness and wellness programs for patients.
