Job summary

Phoenix Spine and Sports Medicine in Sayreville, New Jersey, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This full-time role focuses on helping patients regain mobility through personalized therapies in a collaborative clinic.

Required is a DPT with NJ license and expertise in manual therapy and exercise-based treatment. You will document progress in WebPT, work 9–5, Monday–Friday, and participate in ongoing professional development and patient education.

Qualifications

• Completion of a DPT from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license with no sanctions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized physical therapy services and establish patient goals.
• Manage rehabilitation programs for orthopedic patients using evidence-based techniques.
• Utilize manual therapy and tailored exercise plans to improve mobility.
• Develop and implement comprehensive care plans with evidence-based modalities.
• Document evaluations and progress in WebPT EMR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed.
• Educate patients on prevention, strengthening, and balance.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Promote overall wellness and preventive health.
