Qualifications

• DPT and NJ licensure required.
• Experience in outpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage treatment plans to improve mobility and function.
• Conduct evaluations of patients' physical conditions and document findings.
• Supervise PTAs to ensure continuity of care.
• Administer manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities.
• Assess and adjust orthotics/prosthetics as directed by physician.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to optimize care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and equipment use.
