Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapist license in the State of Florida.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Florida.
• CPR/BLS Certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care for a variety of rehabilitation diagnoses.
• Complete patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Perform re-evaluations and modify plans of care as appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians and team members.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with requirements.
