Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Outpatient - Pediatrics team in Daytona Beach, FL. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care with a collaborative multidisciplinary team.

You will evaluate new patients, develop customized treatment plans, and guide care through a full Plan of Care while maintaining excellent patient interactions and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current OT license in Florida.
• Experience preferred in outpatient pediatrics.
• Knowledge of federal and state professional requirements.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Complete new patient evaluations and establish customized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver high-quality patient care for multiple diagnoses.
• Maintain a positive patient experience through patient engagement and progressive treatment.
• Effectively communicate skills both verbally and in writing.
• Promote evidence-based patient care.
