Job summary

BODYWORKS, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join our outpatient team in Oak Hill, West Virginia. You\'ll evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatments to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function.

Collaborate with physicians and the clinical team, educate patients and families, and utilize AI-powered documentation and the Raintree EMR to maximize care time.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current West Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current West Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management
• Work within a manageable outpatient caseload environment focused on quality patient care
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes

Education
