BODYWORKS, a H2 Health company, seeks a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant to join the Beckley outpatient team. You’ll help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to activities they enjoy, in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a new graduate, you’ll receive mentorship and opportunities for professional growth, as part of a diverse outpatient team focused on delivering excellent patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• DPT or MSPT/MPT/BPT from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current West Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current West Virginia Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and quality of life
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation to streamline documentation
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation and patient management
