BODYWORKS, a H2 Health company, seeks a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient clinic in Oak Hill, West Virginia. Qualifications

• DPT degree or MSPT/MPT/BPT CAPTE-accredited
• WV Physical Therapist license or eligibility
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain
• Associate degree for PTA CAPTE-accredited
• WV PTA license or eligibility

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and quality of life.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
• Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
• Work within a manageable outpatient caseload environment focused on quality patient care.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatment under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.
• Accurately document patient progress and communicate treatment updates with the clinical team.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and support staff to support strong patient outcomes.
