Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current TX PT license or eligibility.
• CPR/BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning.
• Proficiency with EMR and compliant documentation.
• Patient-centered, excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide one-on-one PT treatments to improve mobility and function.
• Evidence-based interventions including exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and wellness.
• Document accurately per clinic standards and payer requirements.
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare providers.
