Qualifications

• CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program graduate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to mentor and educate staff and students.

Responsabilités

• Review referrals and patient records to determine PT treatment needs.
• Assess strength, motor development, balance, and functional capacity; document findings.
• Plan and implement written treatment programs and adjust as needed.
• Administer manual and therapeutic exercises to improve function.
• Educate patients and families for home program adherence.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to optimize care.
• Supervise PTAs or techs in some settings.
• Contribute to training programs for staff and community education.
