Compensation:

  • $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Qualifications:

  • Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the State of Texas
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with Physical Therapists and clinic staff
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient‑centered care and high clinical standards
  • Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who shares our values

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists to implement individualized treatment plans that improve movement, strength, function, and quality of life
  • Provide evidence‑based patient care using therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy techniques, and functional training
  • Educate, encourage, and motivate patients throughout every stage of their rehabilitation
  • Monitor patient progress and communicate treatment updates with supervising Physical Therapists
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Assist patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, post‑surgical procedures, sports injuries, balance impairments, and mobility limitations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe treatment environment
  • Contribute to a collaborative clinic culture focused on continuous improvement and exceptional patient outcomes
