Endeavor Physical Therapy, a H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist for our North Central Austin outpatient clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, and function.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function and quality of life.
• Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
