Qualifikationen

• Must hold Bachelor’s, Master’s, or DPT from an accredited PT program.
• Current Oregon or Washington PT license upon hire is required.
• ACLS/BLS certification (AHA) required at hire.
• Ability to obtain/maintain licensure where care is delivered.
• Specialized PT training or experience as needed by department.
