St. George Rehabilitation in St. George, UT, is seeking a Full Time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program.

Responsibilities include screening and evaluating patients, creating care plans, delivering skilled interventions, wound care, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and documentation. We offer a supportive team and growth opportunities within a post-acute care environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapist license.
• Open to all experience levels; new grads welcome.
• Utah licensure or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver skilled and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, assistive devices, wound care).
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and other providers.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory and clinical requirements.
