Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist required to practice in Utah.

• Adhere to regulatory and clinical standards in care plans.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders; create care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatments per clinical standards and plan.
• Perform procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities and wound care.
• Provide counseling to patients, families, and caregivers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries per regulatory requirements.
