Job summary

HealthOp Solutions in Sun City West, AZ is seeking a Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic. This full-time, onsite role focuses on orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal care with autonomy and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, and educate patients while documenting in the EMR. Competitive compensation includes base salary and RVU-based monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Master’s degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Proficiency with EMR and documentation systems.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and functional movement assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver therapy through manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Communicate effectively with referring providers and healthcare team members.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, recovery goals, and home programs.
• Document care accurately and promptly in the EMR.
• Support preventative care and promote long-term wellness.
