Job summary

HealthOp Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist - Clinical Director to oversee our Peoria, AZ outpatient clinic. This full-time role blends clinical leadership with operations, mentoring the rehabilitation team, driving outcomes, and shaping clinic performance.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PT with 3–5 years in outpatient orthopedics, strong leadership, EMR experience, and a commitment to evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic expertise.
• EMR systems experience.
• Strong leadership & communication skills.
• Ability to mentor therapists and support staff.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and payer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for all rehabilitation services.
• Maintain active patient caseload while overseeing daily operations.
• Supervise therapists, PTAs, and support staff.
• Ensure evidence-based, patient-centered care and outcomes.
• Monitor productivity, patient satisfaction, and quality metrics.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and workflow efficiency.
• Recruit, onboard, and evaluate clinical team members.
• Ensure compliance with state acts, Medicare, HIPAA, OSHA, and accreditation.
• Partner with regional leadership for financial and quality goals.
• Foster relationships with providers and community partners.
• Support business development and clinic growth.
• Maintain compliant documentation and payer requirements.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and best practices across the clinic.
