You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress in a family‑oriented private practice with multiple valley locations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Arizona (or eligible)
• DPT or MPT from an accredited program preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on orthopedics, sports rehab, post-op recovery, and pain management
• Provide personalized one-on-one care with 40-minute treatment sessions
• Evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team to ensure exceptional patient experiences
• Participate in continuing education and leadership development pathways
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a positive clinic environment
