Welltech Partners in the Phoenix metro area is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedic care. The role offers flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN options and a manageable caseload of 8–12 patients per day.

New grads and returning clinicians are welcome; a structured ramp-up through the mentorship program helps you ease into practice while supportive aides and techs handle routine tasks. EMR tools streamline documentation.

Qualifications

• Orthopedic PT with OCS certification.
• Manual therapy expertise.
• Vestibular rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Trigger point dry needling skills.

Responsibilities

• See 8–12 patients per day with support from aides and techs.
• Deliver skilled outpatient orthopedic care with a focus on quality and safety.
• Participate in a structured ramp-up mentorship program during onboarding.
