Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from an accredited program.
• Current Arizona PTA certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out physical therapy treatment plans under supervision of licensed PTs.
• Document care and patient information accurately in the medical record system.
• Establish and maintain communication with physicians, staff, patients and families.
• Assist with training and mentoring Physical Therapy Technicians.
