Aspire Care in Highland Park, NJ seeks a Full-Time Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting, helping recovery from injuries and surgeries with individualized rehab programs.

The ideal candidate has a PT license, a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, CPR certification, and strong communication skills; EHR proficiency is required. The role offers a collaborative work environment and a flexible Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and documentation.
• CPR certification current and maintained.
• Flexible and proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical capabilities and limitations to determine appropriate treatment paths.
• Develop tailored treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Use functional movement screens and outcome measures to monitor progress and adapt treatments.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and progress to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Guide on use of assistive devices and train patients and caregivers in self-care and mobility.
• Engage in workshops and interdisciplinary discussions to uphold high standards of care.
