Job summary

Elite Home Solution Physical Therapy in South River, NJ is seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries, surgeries and illness with individualized rehabilitation plans. You will work in a modern outpatient setting with flexible hours Monday–Friday, supporting patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; DPT preferred.
• A valid State License to practice Physical Therapy.
• Current CPR certification is mandatory.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interactions with patients, families, and staff.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement exercise protocols, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise and care techniques.
• Stay informed of advancements in physical therapy through continuing education.
• Participate in departmental meetings to improve patient care and operations.
