Career Land Center, LLC seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation team. The role focuses on evaluating and treating musculoskeletal conditions and developing personalized plans that improve mobility and quality of life.

The successful candidate will work 40 hours weekly with flexible scheduling options, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to a patient-centered care experience in a supportive outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of physical therapy experience minimum.
• Virginia license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and patient care skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall wellness.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and long-term health management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Promote a positive and supportive patient experience throughout the rehabilitation process.
