Job summary

Vogrinc Search Group is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for an outpatient clinic in Ithaca, NY. The role focuses on orthopedic and general outpatient rehabilitation, with a supportive team and opportunities for professional development.

The ideal candidate will have a DPT, state license or eligibility, and outpatient experience, with a focus on patient-centered care and functional recovery.

Qualifications

• Outpatient PT experience preferred.
• Must hold or be eligible for a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of hire.
• DPT or equivalent required from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapies and modalities (exercise, manual therapy, ultrasound, heat/ice, electrical stimulation).
• Educate patients on exercises and injury prevention for long-term recovery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Document plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries per policy.
