WSi Healthcare Personnel is recruiting a Physical Therapist for an outpatient facility in Fort Collins, CO. The role offers a flexible schedule around 24-25 hours per week with dedicated documentation time and no weekend requirements.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and functional goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
