WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient opportunity with our client in Fort Collins, CO. New graduates are welcome; one-on-one patient care and dedicated documentation time are available.

Work with orthopedic and neurological conditions using manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to improve mobility and function. Flexible scheduling with potential full-time hours and supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and functional goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
