Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient ortho/ neuro-focused practice in Fort Collins. The role offers one-on-one patient care, collaborative team support, and a flexible schedule with dedicated documentation time.

Qualifications

• Graduate/eligible PT with CO licensure (or pending)

• Outpatient orthopedic/neurological focus a plus

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.
• Educate patients about conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with the care team.
