Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking an experienced or new Physical Therapist for an outpatient opportunity with our client in Fort Collins. Enjoy one-on-one patient care, a supportive clinical team, and a flexible schedule with dedicated documentation time.

New graduates are welcome to apply. Work with orthopedic and neurological patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life, using evidence-based manual therapy and exercise.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and functional goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
