Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel seeks an experienced or newly graduated Physical Therapist for an outpatient Orthopedic facility in Fort Collins. You will provide one-on-one patient care, using manual therapy and therapeutic exercise within a supportive clinical team.

Flexible schedule with dedicated documentation time is offered. New graduates are welcome to apply, with opportunities to grow professionally and transition to full-time as needed.

Qualifications

• DPT or current PT student eligible for Colorado licensure.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Ability to work in an outpatient Orthopedic setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and functional goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions and home exercises.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
