The role offers both full-time and part-time options with a diverse caseload and strong mentorship opportunities in a well-established practice. You will provide evaluations, hands-on treatment, and progressive rehabilitation, collaborating with a team of therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized evaluations and evidence-based rehabilitation tailored to patient goals
• Deliver hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation
• Collaborate with experienced therapists and clinical support staff
• Work with a dedicated therapy aide who assists with patient care and treatment flow
• Manage a typical schedule of approximately two patient visits per hour, with evaluations generally scheduled for 60 minutes
• Complete electronic documentation using WebPT, with an additional 30 minutes available daily when needed
• Participate in clinical discussions, continuing education, and professional development
