Job summary

Hartford HealthCare Rehabilitation Network in Connecticut is seeking a Physical Therapist to empower recovery and transform lives. You will lead comprehensive evaluations, design patient-centered plans, and deliver a broad range of therapies in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Open to new graduates.
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Current CT Physical Therapy license required or active temporary license at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical function, including strength, mobility, motor control, joint health, pain, balance, posture, and cardiopulmonary performance.
• Design personalized, patient-centered treatment plans that promote optimal movement, safety, and long-term wellness.
• Deliver a wide range of therapeutic interventions and tailor treatments to individual patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and assist in discharge planning and connecting patients with community resources.
• Demonstrate strong time management, clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
