Qualifications

• Must hold a CAPTE-accredited physical therapy degree.
• Current CT PT license or active temporary license at time of hire.
• Open to new graduates; prior PT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design personalized treatment plans to promote recovery.
• Deliver therapy using a range of modalities and interventions.
• Collaborate with Rehab Therapists, Nurses, and Social Workers for continuity of care.
