Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy program from an accredited school (APTA-affiliated).
• CT active or temporary physical therapy license.
• Experience level welcomed from all backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical function (strength, mobility, motor control, joint health, pain, balance, posture, cardiopulmonary).
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans to promote safe, optimal movement and long-term wellness.
• Deliver therapies including heat, cold, light, mobilization, and targeted exercises tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with Rehab Therapists, Nurses, Social Workers to ensure seamless care and discharge planning.

Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral in Physical Therapy
