Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy Program; Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy.
• CT active or temporary license required.
• Experience level: all welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical function, including strength, mobility, balance, and gait.
• Create personalized, patient-centered treatment plans to promote optimal movement and safety.
• Deliver therapies using a range of modalities and manual techniques tailored to each patient.
• Collaborate with Rehab Therapists, Nurses, and Social Workers for coordinated care and discharge planning.
