Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Patient volume: lower than industry norms, typically under 12 patients per day.
• 1:1 patient care.
• AI-supported documentation to reduce after-hours work.
• Predictable, thoughtfully built schedules.
• PT-led clinical autonomy in plan of care.
