Job summary

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist to lead and deliver an exceptional patient care experience as an Assistant Center Manager at our Toledo, IA outpatient clinic. You will oversee the therapy team and help grow the center, with a clear path toward a future center manager role.

The role offers Monday–Friday hours with a 7am–6pm window, a competitive salary of 80,000–85,000 USD, and incentives including up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and monthly student debt relief.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid State Physical Therapy License.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth.
• Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development.
• Support employee engagement and retention effortsAssist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues
• Help develop strategies to increase profitability.
• Provide an exceptional patient care experience.
