Advocate Health is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide individual, couple, family, and group therapy in a hospital setting. The role includes crisis intervention availability and working with a diverse patient population.

The position involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, case management, and coordinating referrals to ensure continuity of care across the care team. Documentation and participation in quality improvement are expected.

Qualifications

• Master's degrees in Social Work or Psychology (Clinical/related) are required.
• Licensure in WI or IL (Professional Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Social Worker, Clinical) may be required.
• Typically 1 year of therapy experience in behavioral health is expected.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality individual, couple, family, and/or group therapy tailored to patient diagnosis and needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and be available 24/7 for current caseload as needed.
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, and monitor treatment plans and interventions.
