Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant human services field.
• Full licensure in the applicable state is required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience.
• Child/adolescent experience preferred.
• CPI and CPR training required for psychotherapists in inpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and evaluates patient care according to identified needs.
• Manages clients in crisis utilizing therapeutic skills and assessment techniques.
• Writes treatment and discharge plans based on diagnosis, age and presentation.
• Collaborates with guardians and community agencies for effective service delivery.
• Documents patient care/response accurately and timely; handles billing info.
• Designs, plans and implements effective patient education.
• Maintains open communication with healthcare team for patient outcomes.
