Qualifications

• Ohio-licensed Nurse Practitioner required.
• PA: ARC-PA accredited program; masters preferred or prescriptive authority eligibility.
• Minimum two years in a physician's office or hospital setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the public, in person and on the telephone.
• Experience in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient care in collaboration with a psychiatrist.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate treatment per patient care standards.
• Serve as liaison between physician and patient/family; participate in committees as appropriate.
• Assist in orientation of new employees.
